Dr. Margaret Carlin recently retired from the University of Southern Mississippi (USM). Dr. Carlin was a member of the USM faculty for 27 years. During her career, she held a variety of positions (Speech and Hearing Science Department Professor, Assistant Dean of the Graduate School). Dr. Carlin also served on numerous department, college and university committees. She served as coordinator of USM British Studies in Audiology and as coordinator of annual audiology mission trips to Honduras. She is a MSHA Past President, has received Honors of the Mississippi Speech-Language Hearing Association, and is an American Speech-Language Hearing Association Fellow (FASHA).
