MSHA Leadership Highlighted by ASHA

Four MSHA Members were chosen to participate in a program highlighting leadership at the state level during the opening ceremonies of the 2010 ASHA Convention in Philadelphia.  Congratulations to Georgene Johnson and Rachel Powell as educational leaders, and Rebecca Laskin and Julie Chadwick as clinical leaders in Mississippi.   As leaders, each not only succeed at high levels clinically and educationally, but also, impact the work of others in many positive ways.  They are known and respected in Mississippi for their leadership excellence. They are not only good at what they do; they lead others to the way they think.   Congratulations to Georgene, Rachel, Rebecca and Julie, truly outstanding speech-language pathologists.
