REGISTERING WITH PURCHASE ORDERS

  • Members

If you are registering by Purchase Order and would like to register online, we have provided a way for you to do this.  If you are a member of MSHA you should log into your account and select the “2012 Annual Conference” link.  Fill out the requested information; include your Purchase Order Number where requested.  On the payment screen check the box that says “Check here to pay by Purchase Order” and click submit.  Your registration will be submitted; when we receive the actual Purchase Order from your school, your registration will be confirmed and your badge mailed.  Until that time your registration will indicate declined because we have not received the PO yet.

  • Nonmembers

If you are registering by Purchase Order and would like to register online, we have provided a way for you to do this.  Navigate to www.mshausa.org and select “Continuing Education”; select “Annual Continuing Education Conference;” select “Non-Member Registration”.  Fill out the requested information including your Purchase Order Number where requested. On the payment screen check the box that says “Check here to pay by Purchase Order” and click submit. When we receive the actual Purchase Order from your school your registration will be confirmed and your badge mailed. Until that time your registration will indicate declined because we have not received the PO yet.

 HILTON RESERVATIONS

  • Last day to book hotel room for group rate at Hilton is February 26th.
  • The easiest way to book your Hilton room is to use the online link on the registration page (click the picture of the hotel).
  • If calling for reservations, please say “Mississippi Speech Language Hearing Association,” rather than “MSHA” because their phones roll over to unfamiliar listeners in Tampa during the evenings.
  • If a room needs special accommodations, please call Meghan Elder directly @   601-957-2800, ext. 7011.
  • Hilton does not accept purchase orders (Pos) ;  you must send in a check at least 3 days prior to check in, and if claiming tax exemption, you must send in this letter with the check.
